How it all started
Dynamic Face Paint and Design LLC. was started by Vanessa Reasoner in 2012, back then the company was known as Face Painting for Parties and was a one Artist show. Balloon Twisting was added to the menu in 2013 and Vanessa added her first Partner Robin Shaffer. Together Robin and Vanessa decided Face Painting for Parties needed a rebrand, with the help of Vanessa's Spouse Patrick Dynamic Face Paint and Design was born and was made public October 1, 2013.
Who is Dynamic Face Paint and Design Today?
Dynamic Face Paint and Design LLC. has grown up a lot since the early days in 2012, Vanessa and her Family moved across the country in 2014 to the beautiful state of Kentucky looking for a new adventure. Unfortunately Vanessas' original partner and Best friend was not able to move to Kentucky and without Vanessa in California Robin decided not to continue Dynamic in California.
Dynamic Face Paint and Design was introduced to Kentucky in July 2014 and once again Vanessa was a one Artist show. Getting Dynamic up and running in Kentucky was not an easy task, of course no one knew who Dynamic was yet and no one knew who Vanessa was. With no friends and no family in the new home state it was hard to become established. However, Vanessa was able to transfer her primary job to Kentucky working at KinderCare as a Preschool teacher and this allowed her to meet a lot of people and start networking. The first few years were slow to start but jobs started coming in slowly, some parents from the daycare booked services and Vanessa started setting up at Vendor events.
In 2016 Vanessa started a new job and a new career path, this allowed her to meet new people and eventually meet her new partner Deanna Turner. This was when things really started to pick up and becoming the Dynamic Face Paint and Design LLC. that everyone knows today. Deanna officially Joined Dynamic in April 2017 and quickly became a very important cornerstone to the company. Having a partner allowed Vanessa to be able to expand the company and start doing bigger events and offering more services. Dynamic started setting up at county fairs and signing up for larger festivals, we started to gain recognition and corporate bookings started to come in.
Dynamic Face Paint and Design became an official LLC. in 2021 and we put together a health and safety plan to get back to work after the pandemic. We educated ourselves on the best hygiene practices and on the products we use to insure we were the most sanitary service providers that we could be and we got back to work in the summer of 2021. After getting back to work business took off like wild fire and we had to bring in more help, we have partnered with several amazing artists since becoming an LLC and returning to work. As of Today we have a team of 7 Artists and we provide services to the whole state of Kentucky and some of the surrounding States. We are continuing to grow and we are always looking for talented people to join our team.
